You may have noticed that we’ve taken a bit of a pause during the first half of this year. This was intentional, as we embarked through a season of prayer and thought to determine the best path forward for the future of Natural Okie Baby. (And as we worked through a busy season of life as well).
We started this venture in the summer of 2016 with the initial vision of helping to bring cloth diapering into the mainstream here in the state of Oklahoma. As we look back over these past eight years, we are humbled and are in complete awe of the thousands of customers and supporters that have been part of this amazing NOB family. We never imagined this much support, and to say we are forever grateful would be a complete understatement.
And yet, that’s what makes this announcement so incredibly difficult and heartbreaking. We are sad to announce that Natural Okie Baby will soon be closing our doors. While we have not set a final date yet, it is our intention to be closed no later than the end of 2024.
Our closing date will be dependent upon the time it takes to sell through the remainder of our inventory. We promise to keep you updated on that timeline.

Store Closing FAQ's
The NOB Rewards program was terminated as of August 1, 2024. Any previously earned points or discount codes created from purchases prior to June 30, 2024 were forfeited if not used by July 31, 2024 as previously communicated in early July 2024.
As communicated in early July 2024, the NOB Rewards program was terminated as of 12:01am CT on August 1, 2024. Any remaining unused NOB Rewards points and discounts from earned points were forfeited with the program's discontinuation.
Starting July 1, 2024, all domestic orders within the United States will receive free shipping via USPS on orders at least $50.00.
Shipping for orders under $50.00 will be calculated based on weight and distance, with the total cost of shipping displayed to you at checkout. Free shipping is calculated after any applicable coupon codes. If a coupon code takes your order below $50.00, it will not qualify for free shipping. All orders are currently mailed via the USPS or UPS.
Natural Okie Baby reserves the right to discontinue or change this threshold at anytime, with or without notice.
Please note that due to manufacturer restrictions, we are only able to ship domestically within the United States.

Yes, of course! If you purchased a preorder item previously and that date has not yet arrived, we will send your item(s) to you as soon as we receive them.
We accept all major debit and credit cards as a form of payment, including Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay and Shop Pay mobile wallets. We also accept payments through PayPal. Payments made via debit or credit card are processed through our payment processor, Shopify Payments, and will appear on your statement as SP * NATURAL OKIE BABY.
There is no surcharge to you for using your debit or credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you).
Our physical booth location will also be removed and closed by the end of 2024. This date has yet to be officially set and will be will be dependent upon the time it takes to sell through the remainder of our inventory. We promise to keep you updated on that timeline.

Natural Okie Baby, LLC; dba Natural Okie Baby, is an Oklahoma limited liability corporation, residing within Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. All orders made by residents within the state of Oklahoma will be charged applicable city, county and state sales tax automatically as part of your purchase. This allows Natural Okie Baby to comply with state and local tax laws.
Natural Okie Baby is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please be mindful of when your packages are set to be delivered and collect them from your mailbox or front porch as soon as possible, especially during the holiday season when package theft is high. If your package is lost in transit, you will need to contact your local USPS post office, or the UPS directly.
Yes, you can arrange to have your order delivered to Showplace Market in Moore, OK for pickup. Please select Local Pickup as your Shipping Method during checkout, and we will contact you via email to arrange a coordinate a pickup date.
This will continue to be offered for as long as NOB has a booth presence at Showplace Market during 2024.
We will continue to have access to our email for a period of six (6) months following our final business closure date. While all sales are final starting July 1, 2024 and thereafter, we will be happy to contact the manufacture to bring resolution to the issue.
For any issues after the closure of our email account, we recommend you reach out to the manufacture directly.
Your customer information will be deleted following the closure of our business.
