The owners of Natural Okie Baby are a husband and wife team, and are proud to be Oklahoman family-owned small business.

We are a natural parenting store offering a selection of brands that we have personally used on our children or ourselves. We are proud to offer you and your family products that are made from safe, natural and organic resources. We whole-heartedly believe in supporting brands that keep jobs in America, so that is why so many of the brands we sell are made in America.

All domestic orders within the United States will receive free shipping via USPS on orders at least $24.00. Shipping for orders under $24 will be calculated based on weight and distance.

Free shipping is calculated after any applicable coupon codes. If a coupon code takes your order below $24.00, it will not qualify for free shipping.

All orders are currently mailed via the USPS or UPS.

We will make every attempt to ship orders received before 3pm Central the same day. During exclusive releases, Black Friday and Earth Day, shipping times can be longer; but we will make every effort to ship your order as soon as possible!

Unfortnately, we are only able to ship domestically within the United States at this time.

Please note that due to manufacturer restrictions, some of our products are unable to shipped internationally and will be indicated as such at the time of order.

For multiple product orders, we will make every attempt to ship all items contained in that order at the same time. We will contact you if for some reason an item is not in stock.

Please email returns@naturalokiebaby.com within 14 days of your purchase date if you need to return an item. Returns will not be accepted without prior communication.

A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund, as well as the original cost of shipping the product to you.

We will accept most unused, unworn and unwashed items, subject to the discretion of Natural Okie Baby,

All items must be in the same unused, unworn and unwashed condition they were sent in, free of any stains, odors, hair, or any other damages. Items must be in original packaging with all tags attached.

Please note, if you received any free gifts with your purchase, the free gifts will also need to be returned or the cost of those items will be deducted from your return as well.

You are responsible for return shipping to us in the same manner it was sent to you. If the item was shipping in a box, it also must be shipped back to us in a box.

In the event that you need to cancel your order, please contact us prior to 3:00pm central time on the same business day of purchase, or Saturdays. Please note Sunday's orders will not be shipped or processed until Monday morning.

Due to the fast turnaround of our shipping to you, we can not guarantee cancellations after this timeframe. Once a shipping label has been created by Natural Okie Baby for your order, we will unlikely be unable to accept a cancellation for your order.

Canceled orders placed via PayPal or Sezzle will have credit card processing fees deducted from your refund due to these fees still being charged to us. PayPal refunds will be less 2.9% + .30 cents. Sezzle refunds will be less 6% + .30 cents. 

We accept all major debit and credit cards as a form of payment, including Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay and Shop Pay mobile wallets. We also accept payments through PayPal.

Payments made via debit or credit card are processed through our payment processor, Shopify Payments, and will appear on your statement as SP * NATURAL OKIE BABY.

Installment payment plan options are provided through Shop pay and Sezzle Payments.

There is no surcharge to you for using your debit or credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order and/or potential cancellation of your order. Any orders cancelled by Natural Okie Baby due to invalidated information will be refunded back to the same payment method you provided.

Natural Okie Baby, LLC; dba Natural Okie Baby, is an Oklahoma limited liability corporation, residing within Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. All orders made by residents within the state of Oklahoma will be charged applicable city, county and state sales tax automatically as part of your purchase. This allows Natural Okie Baby to comply with state tax laws.

Natural Okie Baby, LLC will update this policy to collect sales tax within other states as legally required and necessary at any future point.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please be mindful of when your packages are set to be delivered and collect them from your mailbox or front porch as soon as possible, especially during the holiday season when package theft is high.

If your package is lost in transit, you will need to contact your local post office.

Are you or your spouse are a current or former member of our military? Please fill out the form here to receive a 10% military discount to use on most brands. Once your response is received, please allow 24 hours to receive your personalized discount code. Thank you for your incredible service to our country.

Please select Local Pickup as your Shipping Method during checkout, and we will contact you via email to arrange a meeting time at Showplace Market in Moore, OK to drop off your order, or you can request in the notes section to have your order left at the front desk at Showplace Market. 

Natural Okie Baby will never, ever, ever sell your information to anyone. We really don't like when companies do that either...your information is safe with us!

Natural Okie Baby is fully committed to keeping your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from Natural Okie Baby, you provide your name, address, credit card information, email address, phone number(s), and a password. We use this information to process your order(s), to keep you updated on your purchase(s) and to personalize your shopping experience with us.

We are fully committed to your privacy, as our secure servers protect your information using advanced encryption techniques and firewall technology.

Natural Okie Baby will never sell your information to any third party, and will only use your information as previously described above. (We don't like it when other companies sell our personal information either!)
